Children & Whānau

At The Found, we treasure our tamariki (children) as a gift from God and take joy in nurturing their spiritual growth. We create a welcoming and relaxed environment where children can join in worship and feel at home during our gatherings.

Currently, children are with us in the main service. We provide toys, snacks, activity sheets, coloring clipboards, and a video lesson to keep them engaged during the message. Parents can sit comfortably on the couch near the play area, enjoying coffee and keeping an eye on their little ones.

Please ensure children are supervised after the gathering, especially in the car park area.

Our goal is to launch dedicated children’s programmes for ages 3-7 and 8-12 by 2025, creating even more opportunities for our tamariki to grow in their faith.

Ages 0-3:

Our littlest ones are welcome to be part of the service with their whānau. We have a play area with toys and snacks to keep them happy, along with a comfy couch for parents to sit nearby. Feel free to feed and change your pēpē during the gathering – we want you to feel completely at ease.

Ages 3-7:

Preschoolers and young children can join their families for worship and then enjoy activities like coloring, toys, snacks, and a video lesson during the message. They are encouraged to engage at their own pace in a relaxed and welcoming environment that makes them feel right at home.

Ages 8-12:

Our older tamariki are invited to join in worship and engage with the provided activities during the message, such as coloring, worksheets, and games. A video lesson is available to deepen their understanding, and they’re encouraged to interact with the service in a way that’s fun and meaningful for their age.
